Online Bill Pay
                      Delinquency Charge

Effective July 1, 2002 when a payment is not received by the final due date, a $35 delinquency will be added to the account. This will replace our old reconnection charge of $35. Although we will continue to disconnect water for non-payment, the delinquency charge will apply when the account becomes delinquent (on the final due date), not just if we have disconnected service.

                          Water Pipes

Hixson Utility District is currently aggressively replacing older, smaller mains to maintain good water flow and reduce the maintenance required on older water mains. Please be patient if traveling in any of these areas that we are replacing water mains in.
