Pay-by-Phone:
You can call 1-866-524-2071 and pay via a credit card for your convenience.
This option is provided by EDS corporation which is owned by Hewlett
Packard, This convenient way to pay is secure and operated by a leader in
the bill payment industry. There is a small fee for using this payment
option.***We are in the process of converting computer
systems which required a change in your account number format. When you
receive your next bill beginning in May for Residential accounts
and June for commercial accounts you should be able to use your new
account number format to pay via automated phone payments. Please be
sure to have your new account number ready when using this option. Your
new account number should consist of 11 or 12 digits.
Our customers can call our office at 423-877-3513 and pay over the phone
with a credit card also.

To pay by credit card, debit card or electronic funds transfer over the internet please click the following link:***We

By Walk-in:
Customers can come in the office located at 5201 Hixson Pike and
pay by credit card, check or cash.
Night Box Drop Off:
Customers can conveniently put payments in a night deposit box located
at the drive through window at our office.
Walmart:
It's easy to pay your bills where you shop, here's how:
1. Just visit any Walmart Moneycenter or Customer Service Desk at
any Walmart location
2. Bring cash, a Walmart MoneyCard, or a pin-based debit card along
with your complete billing statement so
as to provide the correct amount due and your complete water
utility account number. Only bills that have
not passed the net due date can be paid at these locations.
Any late payments must be paid in another
payment option. Walmart does charge $0.88 cents for providing
this service for its customers.
Automated Bank Draft:
To automate payment for convenience please come to our office or
download the below form to set up automated bank draft.
This service is a free and automatically deducts your billed amount
when due.
