If you need to request new service, you will need to visit our Hixson Pike office in person. To reach our office: from Highway 153, exit to Hixson Pike north. Turn left at the 4th traffic light (Austin Road) and you will see our office on the right. From the north Hixson/Lakesite area: take Hixson Pike south towards Chattanooga. Turn right onto Austin Road, and you will see our office on the right.
