Pay Online

Hixson Utility District outsources the online bill payment to Invoice Cloud. Invoice Cloud offers options to view your bill online, receive your bill via email, schedule automatic payments, and make one-time payments. There is a $3.45 fee for using this payment option with credit or debit cards, or $2.95 when paying with a bank account (EFT/ACH). Visit our Invoice Cloud portal by clicking here.

Pay-by-Phone

Residential customers can call our office at 423-877-3513 and pay over the phone with a credit card. There is no fee for this payment option during regular business hours (8AM to 4PM).

Office Drive-Thru

Customers can use our office drive-thru window during regular business hours of 8AM to 4PM.

Night Box Drop Off

Customers can conveniently put payments in a night deposit box located at the drive-thru window at our office.

Automated Bank Draft

To automate payment for convenience please come to our office or download the below form to set up automated bank draft. This service is free and automatically deducts from your checking account when your billed amount is due. Hixson Utility Bank Draft Form (PDF file)

Payment Arrangements

If you are a residential customer and are unable to pay your bill before the final due date (shown on your bill), you may qualify for a payment arrangement. A payment arrangement will extend your final due date and help to avoid a delinquency fee. For more information, call our office at (423) 877-3513 before 4PM on the final due date. No arrangements will be made after 4PM on the final due date.
