Hixson Utility has published our 2025 Consumer Confidence Report, which includes the most recent water quality report. This report contains important information about the quality of our drinking water, including an explanation of where our water is sourced, and any chemicals/contaminants that may be found. As always, HUD water continues to exceed EPA and TDEC (Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation) standards for clean drinking water.
The CCR can be viewed online by clicking here. Forms will be included in the next billing that will allow customers to request to be mailed a paper copy.
