Holiday Calendar

As the holidays approach, we wanted to make sure customers are aware of times our office will be closed. Hixson Utility will be observing the following holidays:

  • Wednesday and Thursday, December 24th and 25th;
  • Thursday, January 1st;
  • Monday, January 19th (MLK Day)

Our office at 5201 Hixson Pike will be closed on these days. 

Please remember, after-hours emergencies can always be reported by calling (423) 877-3513 and leaving a voicemail for a an on-call supervisor. Payments can continue to be paid through our online portal on these days, or left in the dropbox at our office drive-thru.
